What happens next…

Once you have submitted your [final] essay, it will be distributed and judged by a panel of Retail Executives. If your essay scores in the top 6, you will be notified that you have made it to the next round.

If you are selected as one of the 6 finalists, you will present your ideas to a live judging panel, which consists of high-level executives and past alumni.

Each of the 6 finalist presentations will be scored, and an overall winner will be chosen to receive the Joe Berry Australian Retail Industry Executive Award.

Later in the evening, the 6 finalists will be interviewed in front of a live audience at the Award Gala, and the Joe Berry Award Winner will be announced.
